As our new HomeCare Area Manager, you will report to the Regional Manager working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Overseeing the community care functions, you will drive an effective, efficient, and scalable operation that is always focused on delivering superior service and continuous progress.
Travel: The position will require travel within the designated region; and may have additional intrastate and/or interstate travel requirements to work at other locations as needed to perform your duties.
You will be based out of Tea Gardens and look after our client portfolio in that area plus: Port Macquarie, the Hunter region and Newcastle and be supported by a team of five direct reports.
